First off I didn’t get paid for this review this is truly how I feel so far it runs great it was a replacement for a laptop the screen is big and beautiful display Windows 10 was a free upgrade and it runs super on this system I do believe it could use more ram as there is a slight lag time in some of the applications to start up. I downloaded a nasty virus by accident so the fancy new OS and Mcaffee anti virus could not stop so be careful I was able to reimage it with no problems however it took 3 days of updates to finish it I plan on getting rid of Mcafee and install Norton.

I. Ould not believe this computer has no HDMI port or VGA for that matter — only USBs. Connecting a second monitor requires a $50 part to convert VGA to USB.

Another stupid design decision was to put the serial number tag behind the ‘kick stand’ making off very difficult to see and record the number which was required and I contacted HP about connecting a second monitor…

I love the screen size and the touch screen but extremely disappointed in this.I got this for Christmas, and just set it up about a week ago.The machine is SLOW, lags.I get various error messages when I try to log on to certain websites saying that I do not have the authority with error codes, which I can go right on them on my phone, tablet, etc.When I try to watch videos on Facebook, Netflix, Youtube, etc., it shows up with sound but it is only shows a green screen.I have spent hours searching and trying to fix this, and also spent two entire days with HP support trying to fix the slowness and the video issue to no avail.After spending all this time with them trying to fix the machine, they finally had to restore it back to factory settings and all of my transferred pictures (2000+) and documents that I spent a lot of time transferring over are of course wiped out (I have backups but TIME is the issue for me)I love the size and the all-in-one, but all of these problems are very irritating.A person should not have to go through all this with a brand spanking new computer.If HP cannot help me when they call back on Monday to see if the system restore worked to reduce the slowness and the green screen on video playback, then I am going to have to send this back.Very disappointment too because I love the way it looks :{
